Cookie policy

Last updated: 9 October 2026

This policy applies to dunking-devils.com, operated by PKU d.o.o., Letališka cesta 33E, 1000 Ljubljana, Slovenia. It explains which cookies and similar technologies we use, why, and how you can change your choice.

What cookies are

Cookies are small text files a website stores in your browser. Similar technologies, such as local storage, session storage and tracking pixels, work in a comparable way. In this policy we call all of them “cookies”.

Your consent

Under the Slovenian Electronic Communications Act (ZEKom-2) and the GDPR, we only use essential cookies without consent. Analytics and marketing cookies are used only if you allow them in the cookie banner (Article 6(1)(a) GDPR). Refusing has no effect on using the website or sending an inquiry.

  • Until you choose, no analytics or advertising tag sends any data. To manage tags we load Google Tag Manager from Google’s servers; this transmits your IP address and browser information to Google but sets no cookies.
  • “Accept all” allows analytics and marketing, “Essential” allows neither, and the settings icon lets you choose each category.
  • We keep your choice for 12 months and then ask again.
  • You can change or withdraw your consent at any time with the Cookie settings button below or in the footer. Withdrawal does not affect earlier processing. Cookies already stored can be deleted in your browser settings.

Videos

Videos are embedded from YouTube in privacy-enhanced mode (youtube-nocookie.com) and load only when you press play. YouTube (Google) may then store its own cookies and local storage, for example to remember playback settings, under Google’s privacy policy.

Booking form

The booking form sets no cookies. It sends your inquiry to our Google Workspace (Google Apps Script and Google Sheets). It also sends the source of your visit (first page, referring website and campaign parameters such as utm_source or an ad click ID), so we know which channels bring inquiries.

Providers and transfers outside the EU

Google, Meta and TikTok are independent providers and may process data in the United States or other countries outside the EU. Transfers to Google LLC and Meta Platforms, Inc. rely on the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework; other transfers rely on the European Commission’s Standard Contractual Clauses. Their privacy policies:

Your rights

How we handle personal data, your rights (access, deletion, objection and others) and how to contact us are explained in our Privacy Policy. You can also complain to the Slovenian Information Commissioner (Informacijski pooblaščenec).

Changes to this policy

We update this policy before we add or change a tool. If a change needs new consent, the cookie banner asks you again.
