What the show is
Dunking Devils’ acrobatic theatre shows bring athletic performance into a theatrical setting. Acrobatic sequences connect with acting, humour and choreography to create a performance with a clear rhythm and a story running through it.
The action goes beyond individual tricks. Characters, comic moments and unexpected turns give each sequence a place within the production, while close interaction with the audience brings the performance to life.
Acrobatics
Physical skills woven into the action.
Acting
Short scenes that connect the acrobatic sequences.
Humour
Playful situations, surprises and comic timing.
Storytelling
A structure that carries the audience through the show.
Built for the stage
A theatre show needs more than an impressive acrobatic routine. Each scene, transition and technical cue must work as part of the same production.
We work with your venue and production team to agree how the performance fits the stage, programme and technical setup. Available space, audience layout, lighting and sound help shape the proposed format.
Share your venue details and what you are planning — we will discuss the show, creative approach and production requirements.

Questions
What is an acrobatic theatre show?
An acrobatic theatre show combines acrobatic performance with acting, humour, choreography and storytelling. The physical sequences form part of a theatrical production, connected by scenes and transitions.
How is it different from the Acrobatic Dunk Show?
The Acrobatic Dunk Show centres on trampoline-assisted basketball dunks and crowd entertainment. A theatre show uses a broader theatrical structure, combining acrobatics with acting scenes, humour and a developing story.
Can the show be adapted to our venue?
We review your stage, technical facilities and programme before proposing a format. The creative approach and acrobatic elements depend on what can be performed safely and effectively in your venue.
How long is the show?
Duration depends on the proposed production. Tell us the length of your programme slot, and we will discuss a suitable format.
What information do you need for a proposal?
Send us the date, venue, stage dimensions, audience and preferred duration. A stage plan and details of the available lighting and sound will help us assess the production.
